Sweet Soiree 16th Birthday Card

So I was contacted by my good friend Debbie who wanted a cute birthday card to give to her niece, who was turning 16th.  I asked her if she had any specific requests and she said she wanted the number 16 prominent on the card and asked that I use subtle colors. I had just went to a card class taught by my upline, Tina Couch, we made this really cute birthday card with bright bold colors and the Picture Perfect Designer Series paper.  I thought this card was so cute that I decided to CASE (copy and steal everything) for a birthday card swap that I had a few days ago.

I really liked the design and decided to CASE my own work and change the designer series paper and color scheme to make Debbie's card.  So I decided to use the layout but instead of the picture perfect dsp, I decided to go with the Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Paper that is in the Occasions Catalog.

Check out my video tutorial on how I made this card.
