Are you a paper crafter looking for inspiration and new projects? Do you want to find the best tools for your latest card? Are you ready to finally get your craft room organized?

You’re in the right place!

My name is Brandi Mahon, and I'm the owner, creator, and crafter here at Stamp Me Some Love.  I'm so glad you are here!

I’ve been a scrapbooker and card maker for many years now, and I love sharing my best tips with you, my readers!

I started crafting a child with my grandmother. She taught me how to paint ceramics and I cherish those early memories.

My Online Journey

I began my online journey in the mid-90s when I interpreted an HTML workshop for a deaf friend. It was my first exposure to what was possible online and I knew then I wanted to be a part of it.

When I became a Realtor, I realized that social media and a website were a necessity. I started attending any and all workshops and webinars on how to attract and convert buyers and sellers online.

I found “Blogger” and decided to start a blog because I heard it could be a good way to get found online. I learned the platform and started posting about the housing market, but no one read it because it was a pretty boring topic.

One summer I was traveling to Colorado in my RV and had some mishaps along the way and on a whim, I decided to blog about it. That post is still on the net if you would like to check it out.  What happened next was kind of incredible for me. People started to reach out to me and telling me how much they enjoyed the post on what happened on that trip.

I was sort of amazed that people were actually reading my blog… but more importantly, it showed me that I needed to be more personable to connect with my readers instead of just sending them boring real estate stats.

Why I decided to have an online craft business

About a year later, I picked up a craft hobby/business with Stampin’ Up!. At first, it was just a hobby and I became a Demonstrator just for the discount. Then I wanted to try to generate enough income through product sales to pay for my own hobby so I began to hold classes.

I still had the desire to create an online business.  One were I could work from home and have a flexible schedule.  One that I could take off for vacation and still make money.  AKA, Make Money In Your Sleep!

Then a light bulb went off! I realized I finally had something to write about on a blog. So I set out to create a new website called Stamp Me Some Love.

Now, I share my projects, tools, supplies, and love of paper crafts through my blog posts and videos. In addition to being a crafter and creator, I’m also a licensed interpreter for the deaf, professional real estate photographer, and web designer.

I hope that you’ll find some inspiration here and try some of my projects in your own home.
